He is passionate about providing clients with proactive, pragmatic, and effective solutions to navigate the complexities of building regulations and approvals.
Tim’s extensive experience spans both local government and private sectors, where he has honed his skills as a Building Code Consultant, Building Certifier, Fire Safety Specialist, and Construction (Regulatory) Law expert. His deep understanding of the industry, coupled with his commitment to client success, makes him a trusted advisor for projects of all sizes and complexities.

With a wealth of knowledge gained across both the local government and private sectors, Drew excels in navigating the complexities of statutory and strategic planning matters across a broad range of development types. His extensive background ensures a thorough understanding of various planning challenges, enabling innovative and compliant solutions for diverse project needs.

As Associate and Principal Access Consultant, he specialises in accessibility compliance across all building classes and scales, with deep expertise in the application of the NCC (BCA), AS 1428, the Access to Premises Standards, and the Disability Discrimination Act.
With a career spanning both local government and private practice, Josh has held senior leadership positions in health, building, and strategic engineering. He is highly regarded for his ability to navigate complex planning and certification legislation while delivering practical, solutions-focused outcomes.
